The vast majority of the products on our web site are delivered by Royal Mail and are normally despatched within 24 hours. Most of the larger items are delivered by courier Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Silent Gliss tracks are made to measure items and are normally despatched within 3 days for straight tracks and 10 days for tracks which have bends, this can vary especially in the run up to Christmas.

Larger items such as curtain tracks and poles are only available for delivery to addresses within UK Mainland, UK Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands.
